FIXKIM LIQUID MEMBRANE (POWDER)

DESCRIPTION

Acrylic & cement base, polymer additive, double component material which is applied interior & exterior places for water insulation.

PROPERTIES
Water proof material , can be resist to 7 bar water pressure. Has excellent adherence property. Applied by brush or spray machine. Has white colour. Resistant to UV light. Resistant to liquid & frozen phase change. Fixkim liquid membrane an be applied 24 hours after the concrete poured

APPLICATION AREAS
Can be applied on interior & exterior places for vertical & horizontal positin and for the insulation of the floor, walls, for floors which can be bendable, terraces, the places exposed to not heavy weight. For Olympic swimming pools, water tanks, bathrooms to increase the resistance to sea water.

SURFACE PREPARATION
Applied surface should be free from cracks & mould oil. Fixkim tin repair mortar is used to make smooth the surface. Should be applied after wetted the surface.

PREPARATION & APPLICATION
Liquid compound (8 lt liquid & 20 kg. powder)is put in a cup & mixed by hand mixer until all nods are eliminated. The mortar which is fluid is spreader to the surface by using brush. After first layer is becoming dry second layer is spreader perpendicularly to first layer. For the last layer application it should be waited a least 3 days. Water should not be added definitely.

NOTIFICATION
Can not be applied to the frozen surfaces. All used equipments should be washed & cleaned by water. Never swallowed. Protect it from atmosphere, Protect eyes& skin from contact. Do not add any harmful materials such as lime, limestone, gypsum etch. Expiry date is finished products should not mix with water or dried mortar. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided. Gloves should be wearing

STORAGE
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the original cover (20 kg ) can be stocked one year with a stacking not exceed 8 tiers..

CONSUMPTION
For 1 mm thickness 2 kg. /m²
For third layer application 1800 gr/m²
Consumption can be change according to the surface condition
