FİXKİM THIN PLASTER

DESCRIPTION : Cement base the prepared thin plaster.

SPECIFICATION: Easy and rapid applicable. It forms strong base with high adherence and strenght.

APPLICATION : It is applicable to the surface of bricks, gass concrete, concrete, bims, briquet for interior & exterior areas. For brutt concrete application, Fixkim prime coat (gysm,concrete prime coat) should be used.

SURFACE PREPARATION: Surface should be tough & clean . Prufied from paint,dust etch materials which will decrease the adherance . Rough surfaces should be repaired by Fixkim repair mortar.Surface should be moistured before application.

APPLICATION: It is prerared by using the thin plaster mixing machine or handmixer.(5,5- 6 lt water/ 25 kg)For one layer application 3-6 mm thick material is spreaded by steel trowel .For second layer application , wait for the solidification of the first layer, than apply.For surface finish master or spatula is used and finished by using wett sponge .For high performance of the plaster , 24 hours later application surface should be moistured for 7 days periodically.

NOTIFICATION: Can not be added anything (Lime,Cement ,Gysum etch ) to Fixkim alum. Expired fixkim alum can not be used. Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided .Gloves should be worn.

STORAGE: Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open
