FIXKIM ALUM

DESCRIPTION:
Prepared alum which is Cement base , easy applicable, rapidly solidified.

SPECIFICATIONS:
To save time & man power. In 7 hours it is suitable for pedestriant.Last layer coat is applied in 24 hours.

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Surface should be strong & clean. It should be purified from dust ,paint etch and material which decreases the adherent . Surface cracks & holls should be repaired by FIXKIM Repair Mortar and moistured before application. Before application, Fixkim gysum and concrete prime coat is diluted by 50 % water additon.When the miky appearance of the prime coat is disappeared , FIXKIM ALUM is spreaded.

APPLICATION:
50 KG FIXKIM ALUM is added t 3,5-4,5 lt water and mixed by handmixer in 2-3 min.
After than prepared alum is spreaded to the surface by using master is levelled. Because of the Open time of the alum is 10 mins , It should be taken care when you are preparing mixture
After surface is solidified it should be polished mechanically.

NOTIFICATION:
Can not be added anything (Lime,Cement ,Gysum etch ) to Fixkim alum. Expired fixkim alum can not be used. To obtain the maximum strenght 24 hours after application it should be moistured periodically in 7 days.
Since it is a cement base material, direct contact of hands should be avoided .Gloves should be worn

STORAGE:
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
