FİXKİM SURFACE HARDENER WITH QUARTZ AGGREGATE

DESCRIPTION:
Cement base , resin and quartz aggregate additive, surface hardener ready for useage.

SPECIFICATIONS:
By covering the roughness of the bottom floor you may obtain smooth surface. Abbressive strenght andsurface hardness are very high. Applied surface can be clean easly .

SURFACE PREPARATION:
Before fresh concrete application, Fixkim gysum and concrete prime coat which is diluted by 50 % water additon.is spreaded to the surface.Remove the excess water from the surface.

APPLICATION AREAS:
It is applied to the surface of the poured concrete before solidification occures to prevent dust formation and to increase the surface hardness of garrages, parking areas, warehouses, heavy traffic roads and loading and unloading areas and also building floors.

APPLICATION :
Application should be made when the concrete surface has soft enough to get the foot print .First 2/3 of the mixture should be spreaded . Wait for absorbing of the water of the concrete and getting wett. After that helicopter application is made to provide the bonding of suface hardener and conctrete. Than rest 1/3 of themixture is spreaded.After rough polishing , when the surface is reached the hardness which can be walk, the finishing process is applied by using high cycle mechanical trowel. After application to prevent the rotre cracks and to improve the performance of the surface hardener Fixkim surface cure prime coat is recommended.

NOTIFICATION:
To prevent the segregation of the aggregates in the powder mixture shouldn't be spreaded far a way during application. Depending on the atmospheric temperature with in 1-4 days.

STORAGE:
Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers. Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
