SELF SPREADING SMOOTHING ALUM
DESCRIPTION: Cement&resin base,high polymer additive SELF SPREADING SMOOTHING ALUM. SPECIFICATION: By covering the rough surfaces of the floor you can get smooth surface. No need for manpower . abressive resistant & surface hardness are high.Before coating of the floor by ceramic,laminanted parqued, pvc etch , you can get levelled surface. It is applied in 3-7 mm thickness. APPLICATION: Surface should be clean & strong . Deformed surfaces should be repaired by using FIXKIM repair mortar. Very smooth surfaces should be a little bit rough .The surface should be wett by water, after than covered by prime coat When The milky appearance of the prime coat is disappeared , application should be started. PREPARATION OF ALUM:25 kg of Self spreading smooth alum is added 6-6,5 lt water and mixed by hand mixer.(3-5 min).After than prepared alum spreaded to the surface by using master .Hedge roll should be used for fixing .If second layer application is needed first layer should be dry. If waiting time is more than 24 hours,prime coat shoul be applied again. Surface should be moistured periodically in 7 days after application by water. NOTIFICATION: For the bottom heated surfaces system should be off 48 hours before the application.For the wide range area application, It is recomended to make dilutation for suitable distances Can not be applied to the frozen surfaces.It should be protected to dry very fast. STORAGE: Under the dry & humidity free circumference in the originall cover Can be stocked 8 months with a stacking not exceed 10 tiers.Should be consumed in 7 days after cover is open.
